PLEASE HELPI have this very alrge round padlock that has no markings on it I also have the key. It works beautifully. It is mounted on a board right now with a peg and a screw eye for display. I'd like to know if you could identify it for me. It is brass and has a T shaped area where the key goes in with a little trap door that slides up using a tiny tab at bottom of door. It has five riveted spots on front, three at top and two near the bottom. The back has 8 9 riveted aresa and one hole at center bottom. , three rivets across top staggered, and 4 rivets in middle shaped like the cup of the big dipper and one on either side. The key is thick with a round top and a half moon center cutout, a hollow shaft and the part that connects to the tumblers in the lock. I will copy your address and send you a picture so you can see more what I am speaking of. Please look for it from my email address. Thank you so much. I do want to sell it as my daughter needs money for college and we are just scraping by. Submit your estimate of worth |
